Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales professional to join our team at Kratikal Tech Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will focus on selling our pentesting and vulnerability management solutions. You will be responsible for managing leads, identifying sales opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in cybersecurity and be able to achieve sales targets while building relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling AutoSecT, focusing on pentesting and vulnerability management solutions to B2B clients.
  • Lead Management and Conversion: Qualify and convert leads from cybersecurity events, inbound inquiries, and outbound campaigns into customers
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with IT security teams, CISOs, and decision-makers to ensure retention, satisfaction, and cross-sell opportunities for the product.
  • Product Demonstrations and Proposals: Deliver customized demonstrations of product pentesting and VMDR capabilities, and prepare proposals aligned with client-specific cybersecurity challenges.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Monitor trends in cybersecurity, assess competitor tools, and identify opportunities for positioning AutoSecT as the preferred solution.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Use CRM tools to document sales activities, track AutoSecT performance metrics, and share insights to optimize the sales process.

Requirement

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with cybersecurity or enterprise software is MUST have.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
