At Kredivo, we believe that great engineering is built on great foundations. Our Platform Engineering Team is responsible for building frameworks, tools, and platforms that enable engineers to ship faster, build reliably, and scale efficiently.
As An Senior Software Engineer, You Will Own The Core Engineering Foundationbuilding Internal Frameworks, Improving Developer Experience, And Driving Organisation-wide Best Practices. You Will

• Develop and maintain internal frameworks, SDKs, and reusable components to streamline development across teams.
• 
  Enhance developer experience (DevEx) by building self-service tooling, automation, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain Kredivos Tech Radar, evaluating new technologies, running PoCs, and guiding adoption.
• Standardize engineering best practicesAPI design, microservices, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
• Partner with backend, mobile, data, and security teams to drive organization-wide technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with DevOps to optimise CI/CD and cloud cost- efficiency while ensuring scalable infrastructure.

  Get Hired
  Architect, develop, and maintain internal frameworks, SDKs, and tools to enhance developer efficiency.
• Implement Kredivos Tech Radar, researching and driving technology adoption across the org.
• Build self-service platforms that improve developer workflows, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Standardise best practices in API design, microservices, observability, and performance optimisation.
• Optimise cloud costs and improve deployment workflows by collaborating with DevOps for efficiency.
• Enhance observability, ensuring that logging, tracing, and monitoring are seamless and scalable.
• Work cross-functionally across backend, mobile, data, and security teams to scale engineering standards.
• Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring organisation-wide adoption of platform tools and frameworks.
