About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in supply chain finance, understands customer pain points, and can translate business goals into scalable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build and deliver features.
• Prioritize requirements using data-driven insights, balancing customer needs with business impact.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.
• Build business cases for new features/products with clear ROI.

• Track product adoption, usage metrics, and continuously optimize user experience.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and innovations in fintech.
  

Requirements

• 57 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or supply chain finance platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial products, digital platforms, or trade finance/TReDS (preferred).
• Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and successfully launching scalable products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams is a plus.
