Job Description
- You will be responsible for lead generation in the field of Organic Pesticides & Bio Fertilizer within the company. Your primary tasks will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. You will be required to conduct sales through various platforms including India Mart website and other relevant websites. In addition, sales will be predominantly carried out over call.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for female candidates with qualifications in Bsc Agri, Msc Agri, or MBA Marketing. The company prefers candidates who are proficient in English. The work schedule is during the day shift and the work location will be in person.
As part of the compensation package, you will be entitled to a performance bonus and health insurance benefits.
