Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Meerut for a Sales Attendant. The Sales Attendant will provide excellent customer service by helping clients choose the perfect products, ensuring their satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding customers on product features and after-sales services, maintaining organization and presentation within the showroom, taking stock inventory, and assisting in visual merchandising. The Sales Attendant will also handle sales transactions, respond to customer queries, and help maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and a friendly demeanor.
- Sales abilities with a focus on building client relationships and achieving individual and store sales targets.

- Basic understanding of watches, their features, and brands, with an interest in learning new technical knowledge as required.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage sales operations, maintain inventory, and ensure the showroom environment is presentable.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations for billing and inventory management, as well as familiarity with digital tools for customer communication.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for luxury goods is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail sales or customer service will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Meerut and adapt to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
