Kriss.ai is an AI-powered chatbot designed for dental clinics.

We help clinics:

• Answer patient questions instantly
• Book appointments 24/7
• Educate patients and increase treatment acceptance

Were growing quickly and building a strong outreach team to help expand our reach through two channels: micro-influencers and direct clinic outreach. Thats where you come in.

What Youll Do:

Youll split your time between two core tracks:

1. Micro-Influencer Recruitment

• Find credible creators (5K10K followers) on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Evaluate for authenticity, engagement, and brand fit
• Reach out using ethical, human messaging (no spam)
• Track outreach progress and share reports with your team lead

2. Dental Clinic Outreach

• Identify dental clinics in target markets (via social, web, directories)
• Use AI tools and templates to send thoughtful, customized messages
• Book short chatbot demo calls
• Maintain clear records and follow up with leads

Youll walk away with:

• Real-world experience using AI tools for sales, communication, and lead generation
• A complete playbook on outreach strategy for both B2B and influencer marketing
• Practice writing high-converting DMs and understanding customer psychology
• A personalized Certificate of Completion + Letter of Recommendation
• A starter outreach portfolio you can showcase for future roles
• Optional 1:1 feedback on your LinkedIn, resume, and digital presence

Compensation:

This is an unpaid learning experience.

However, youll be eligible to earn based on results:

• $5 per demo booked (clinics)

Who Were Looking For:

We want people who are:

• Excited about learning AI tools and startup workflows
• Clear communicators who care about tone and trust

• Organized, consistent, and willing to show up

No degree or experience required just a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Your Daily Workflow:

• Identify 20 qualified targets per day (clinics or influencers)
• Customize and send messages using proven scripts and tools
• Log activity in our shared tracker
• Debrief with your team lead each week for feedback and support

Time commitment: 15-20 hours/week (flexible, remote)
