Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Become a Talent Magnet:

• Screen resumes and identify high-potential candidates whose skills and potential align with the startups evolving needs.
• Manage the candidate journey and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience, including scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Kristalballs innovative and positive culture.
• Research and update talent market data to suggest creative, incentive-driven pay packages.
  
• Assist in driving a pay-for-performance culture that attracts and retains top performers.
• Ensure the right candidates are hired quickly without compromising selection rigor.
• HR Operations & Employee Experience Building a Thriving Workplace:
• Support a seamless onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, organizing orientation, and welcoming new team members.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with attention to detail and data privacy.
• Assist in gathering and verifying data to support payroll and benefits administration.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and programs, including planning and coordinating company events that foster teamwork and celebrate achievements.
