Job Description
- As a Freight Sales Specialist at our company located in Mohali, you will be an integral part of our US logistics team, focusing on the night shift (US Process). With a minimum of 1 year experience in US Freight Brokerage, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with shippers and carriers in the US market. Your responsibilities will include negotiating rates, securing freight for clients, managing shipments for timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and client communications. Additionally, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets will be crucial for success in this role.
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written), strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced night shift environment. Knowledge of load boards and US transportation regulations would be considered a plus.
