Job Description
We are looking for a Billing & Excel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and skilled in Excel functions (like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc.). This is a full-time office job with fixed hours – no overtime.
Responsibilities:
Handle billing and invoicing tasks
Work on spreadsheets and use formulas for efficient calculations
Check and correct any data issues
Ensure accuracy in all numbers and reports
Requirements:
Good experience in Excel
