Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to drive offline sales and brand activations by partnering with yoga studios, dance academies, gyms, and wellness spaces. This is a field role where you will be responsible for pitching our products and executing offline activations like product trials and promotional events to boost sales. If you have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and enjoy working in the startup space, wed love to have you on board!

  • Build and nurture partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, and wellness spaces across Gurgaon
  • Drive offline activations like product trials, pop-up stalls, and curated events
  • Confidently pitch our premium wellness products with clarity and impact
  • Negotiate win-win deals and consistently hit (or beat) sales targets
  • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends, improve strategy, and unlock new growth opportunities
