What Are We Looking For

Are you a storytelling wizard with a passion for creating buzz We need a creative powerhouse to lead our marketing game! As our creative lead, youll plan killer content, manage a dream team of writers and designers, and turn strategies into viral moments.

What Youll Be Doing

Craft impactful strategies that make people stop scrolling and start thinking.

Ideate marketing content thats not just trendy but transformative.

Foster relationships with influencers, collaborators, and external agencies to amplify brand reach.

Create & oversee the creation of marketing calendars, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns.

Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently.

Mentor & collaborate with the team of creatives, strategists, content creators, designers, and copywriters.

Conduct data-driven experiments to fine-tune the cohesive storytelling wizardry.

Analyse market trends to uncover golden opportunities for growth.

Lead innovative projects that leave audiences saying, Wow!

Who You Are

2+ years of proven experience in managing marketing campaigns.

Filled with creative enthusiasm, wanting to show to the world.

Wanting to inspire people with your disciplined approach & creative acumen.

Empathetic to manage & lead a creative team

Excellent storytelling and communication skills.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Strong understanding of digital platforms and analytic tools e.g., google analytics
