The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in accounting systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts, etc.).
  
• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliation.
• Assist in Preparing and review monthly financial statements, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Assisting Manage GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance, ensuring timely filing of returns.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 24 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Good analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
