Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Rajkot. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruitment, managing employee relations, developing and carrying out HR policies and procedures, training and development, and performance management.

• Experience in staff and worker management
• Experience in attendance and payroll management

• Ability to develop training and development programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• HR certification and a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
