Our applications use the modern technologies, which sometime also means we are really on our own and we may have to really push boundaries. Performance & continuity of the web applications are critical, we must have a high level of confidence around every releases and know that they will perform.

• Should have 3 to 5 Years of Relevant experience
• Excellent Communication Skills and documenting skills.
• Collect and analyse the projects business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team and elicit requirements using different mode of communication,document analysis, Onsite visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with business units that rely on that information to define system requirements or organizational processes.

• Review and/or prepare Project documentation and specifications in accordance with different project methodology specifically Agile methodology & Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value.
• Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project using RTM Reports, Project Weekly/Monthly Summary reports,GYR Reports and Project Trackers reports.
• Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools.
• Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies & Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools as necessary.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of documentation tools such as Word, Excel ,MS Access and should have excellent knowledge of SQL queries structured and Non Structures queries.
• Should be technically sound,able to debug the issue in the code with the help of developer or able to debug the issues using configuration ,should have basic knowledge of C, C++ & java functions.
• Should be able to configure the system functionally and prepare the document on functional specification configuration done.
• Work on multiple Projects at any one time while maintaining high quality.
• Develop wire frames , prepare minutes of meeting document, workflows document, use case diagrams and description document, flowcharts, functional specification, technical specification, E R diagrams, AS IS documentation, TO BE documentation, Gap Analysis documentation,Risk & Mitigation Documentation, Migration Documentation,Requirement Traceability matrix document, User manuals and Sprint documents along with multiple Projects Reports.
• Develop functional test scenarios,test cases ,Test Plan , UAT Plan, and testing activities necessary to assess the quality and completion of system implementations.

• Able to Handle the Bug tracker tool along with maintaining the correct status of Issue tracker reports.
• Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop requirements for new functionality; triage and troubleshoot complex user-reported system defects; assist in various system trouble shooting and balancing and correction efforts including analysis, verification and validation of issues and fixes.
• Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and IT solutions; provide technical direction and ensure compliance with best practice solutions.
• Practice knowledge transfer and foster change management.
• Able to handle the crunch situation or pressure situation.
• Able to maintain a healthy relationship between company and clients through emails and project deliverables.
