Promo Writing Intern - Non Fiction

About The Role
We are looking for curious, sharp thinkers who can turn knowledge into high-converting short-form promo content.

• Create short promos that sell ideas, insights, and transformation.
• This is not typical script writing — your job is to stop the scroll and make people think: I need to know this.
  

What You Will Do

• Write short promo scripts (15 60 seconds) for non-fiction content.
• Craft powerful hooks around:
• Money & wealth
• Psychology & human behavior
• Business & success stories
• Real-life case studies
• Turn complex ideas into simple, addictive narratives.
• Write ad copy and multiple variations for performance marketing.
• Experiment with approaches such as curiosity gaps, contrarian insights, and hidden truth storytelling.
• Analyze performance data and improve content based on results.
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Freshers / recent graduates (any stream).
  
• Strong Hindi writing skills (required); basic English understanding.
• Natural curiosity about money, success, psychology, and real-world stories.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
• Strong sense of what makes someone click, watch, and learn.
• Interest in content, marketing, and storytelling.

You should be able to turn ideas like these into scroll-stopping promos.

• Enjoy breaking down case studies, biographies, or real-world stories.
• Have written threads, captions, or scripts before.
