About Kutoot

Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Strategist with around 3 years of experience who can plan, create, and optimize content across multiple channels including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, marketing campaigns, and pintables such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with strategic thinking to help strengthen Kutoots brand voice, drive user engagement, and support marketing and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Kutoots marketing and businessobjectives.
Plan and manage a content calendar across digital and offline channels.
Identify content opportunities to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
Content Creation
Create high-quality content for:
Website and landing pages
Blog articles and SEO content
Social media posts and campaigns
Email marketing campaignsProduct and promotional campaigns
Printables such as brochures, flyers, banners, and event collateral
Brand & Messaging
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content touchpoints.
Translate product features and campaign offerings into clear, engaging narratives for users.
SEO & Content Optimization
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve search visibility.
Optimize website and blog content to drive organic traffic and conversions.
Performance & Insights
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates. Continuously refine content strategies based on data insights and user behavior.
Collaboration
Work closely with design, marketing, product, and growth teams to create impactful campaigns. Coordinate with designers for visual assets used in digital content and print materials.

- 3+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, or a similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience working in an advertising or creative agency.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience managing multi-channel content strategies.
- Ability to create content for both digital platforms and print marketing materials.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
Understanding of consumer platforms, rewards ecosystems, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Experience collaborating with design and marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
