Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead who will be responsible for building and managing high-impact partnerships with brands, banks, merchant networks, payment partners, and retail ecosystems.

This role is central to expanding the Kutoot partner ecosystem, enabling merchants to grow their sales while creating valuable reward experiences for customers.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands business partnerships, growth strategy, and ecosystem building.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development

  • Identify and onboard strategic partners including:
  • Consumer brands
  • Banks and financial institutions
  • Payment networks and fintech partners
  • Retail chains and merchant networks
  • E-commerce partners
  • Structure win-win partnership models that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Merchant Ecosystem Expansion

  • Build relationships with local and national merchant partners.
  • Enable merchants to participate in Kutoots rewards and promotional ecosystem.
  • Design partnership models that help merchants increase sales and customer acquisition.

Banking & Payment Partnerships

  • Collaborate with banks, card networks, and fintech companies to launch co-branded campaigns.
  • Explore integrations for payments, offers, cashback, and loyalty programs.

Brand Collaborations

  • Partner with brands to create exclusive promotions, reward pools, and product campaigns.
  • Structure marketing collaborations that drive brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Strategic Alliances

  • Develop alliances with commerce platforms, marketplaces, and retail technology providers.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate Kutoot into existing commerce ecosystems.

Negotiation & Deal Structuring

  • Lead partnership negotiations including:
  • commercial terms
  • revenue share models
  • marketing collaborations
  • co-promotion agreements

Partnership Growth & Performance

  • Track partner performance and optimize campaigns for sales growth and engagement.

    Build long-term strategic relationships with key partners.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances
  • Experience working with brands, banks, retail networks, or fintech companies
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build large ecosystem partnerships
  • Understanding of commerce, loyalty, rewards, or promotional marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a high-growth startup environment
