Role Description

Finance Manager (Accounts Receivable is Must )

CTC :- 55k

Location :- Delhi Sultanpur

Experience : -3 years - 5 years

Timings:- 10:30 am - 07:30 pm

Weekly Off - rotational-6 Off

Responsibilities:-

Ensure timely and accurate accounting of daily transactions by team; track reconciliation of key vendor and customer accounts, daily reconciliation of cash received and deposited, regular reconciliation of bank accounts.

Lead monthly closing of books of accounts- provision for expenses, gross margin analysis, schedule for expenses, commentary on key items, preparation and reporting of monthly financial results.

Review periodic tax filings, statutory deposits, reconciliation of records; lead and coordinate assessments with external agencies, ensure a compliant and tax efficient environment.

Review, set up/upgrade, if required, internal control process/procedures relating to finance function, ensure compliances with agreed and established finance and operation processes.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors, lead closure of audit observations and annual books of accounts, fling of tax returns.

Implementation of ERP

Ensure accurate report of daily orders received, collections, material invoiced and remaining orders, pending collection and orders remaining to be invoiced.

Track inventory at stores, coordinate physical verification of inventory, analysis of slow moving, obsolete and fastmoving inventory.

Maintain relationships with internal, external business partners and interface with auditors, bankers

Qualifications:-

Excellent organizational and time management skills

3-5 years of Accounts Experience.
