Job Description
- You will play a crucial role as a member of the team at Kyyba by providing level 3 technical support for the Ceridian Dayforce solution. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, guiding users in issue resolution, responding to inquiries promptly, collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality, conducting system testing, maintaining accurate documentation, training end-users, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
To excel in this role, you must have a University Degree and 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in data analysis, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required, and familiarity with how Workday HCM interfaces with Dayforce is preferred.

Your work environment will primarily be in an office setting with 10-25% travel required periodically.
