What youll Learn & Experience

• Execution of an effective company-wide risk governance framework
• Implement the risk related policies (ERM policy, Provisioning policy, Credit policy) and update the same as and when required
• Assist in the development of a stress/ back testing framework for various types of risk and conduct the stress/ back tests to assess the impact on capital for ICAAP purpose
• Assist in development of relevant models for estimating expected credit loss (ECL) as per regulatory guidelines/ IFRS 9/IND AS 109
• Analyze/ interpret results of ECL model run/ updating to provide inputs to the management to understand the changes in PD/ LGD/ ECL%, etc. and decide on actionable, if any
• Assist as finance functional expert to conceptualize/ develop ECL model for forward looking estimates as required under relevant regulatory guidelines
• Identifying areas of automation/ digitization and assist as conceptualization / implementation of the identified areas of refinement
