Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a channel Sales Manager at L&T Realty in Noida. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing channel partners, developing channel sales strategies, achieving sales targets through channel partner activation, building channel relationships, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth and meet customer needs.

  • Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Channel Relationship Building skills

    Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Real Estate Channel Sales or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding channel sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Mastors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
