IT Support Specialist

Candidate will be responsible for installation and configuration of Hexagon applications like Smart 3D, Smart P&ID, Smart Instrumentation, Smart Electrical and Smart Reference data.
Candidate will be responsible for Installation and configuration Smart Foundation.
Candidate will be responsible for installation and configuration of AVEVA applications like E3D, AVEVA P&ID, AVEVA Instrumentation, AVEVA Electrical and AVEVA Engineering.
Candidate should have hands on experience MS SQL Database installation and configuration (Database creation and management) for Hexagon and AVEVA applications.
Candidate should have hands on experience Oracle Database installation and configuration for Hexagon and AVEVA applications (Database creation and management, Backup).
Candidate will be responsible for Troubleshooting problems with issues related to access and permission to Hexagon and AVEVA applications.
Candidate will be responsible for Installation and support for Autodesk applications.
Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office.
Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications.
Managing backups of Software applications and servers, in case of data loss.
Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Understanding of Cloud and Citrix environment based on project requirements.
Automation experience will be added advantage.
Ability to work in Team and independently as per project requirement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
AVEVA and Hexagon application installation support and troubleshooting (Good hands-on experience)
Hands on experience on MS SQL and Oracle database.
Good Understanding of hardware configuration.
Server Management skill.
Knowledge of different operating systems.
License management.
