Senior Accountant And Admin (construction / Land Scaping Company)

We are looking for a Senior Accountant & Admin with proven experience in construction or landscaping companies.
?? Candidates without construction/landscape experience will NOT be considered.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as Accountant & Admin
MUST have experience in Construction or Landscaping companies
Strong knowledge of:
VAT (UAE)
WPS (Wage Protection System)
Zoho
Tally
Able to handle accounting and admin tasks independently
Senior-level, hands-on, detail-oriented
Strong understanding of:
Invoicing
Payments & receipts
Petty cash
Payroll
Supplier & subcontractor accounts
Basic HR & admin tasks
Responsibilities:
Handling full accounting cycle
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Managing WPS payroll
Working with Zoho & Tally
Invoicing and payment follow-ups
Managing supplier and subcontractor accounts
Organizing financial and admin documents
Preparing reports for management
