Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for analyzing Flow Cytometry Patient and Quality Control Data, addressing Data Inquiries and Investigations, performing Data Entry, Resulting, and Release into clinical database, drafting and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOP), conducting sophisticated instrument troubleshooting, qualifying reagents, participating in the validation of new assays working closely with the scientific team, and interacting with clients and internal stakeholders on data troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Flow Cytometry Patient and Quality Control Data
- Address Data Inquiries and Investigations
- Perform Data Entry, Resulting, and Release into clinical database
- Draft and review standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Qualify reagents
- Participate in validation of new assays working closely with the scientific team
- Interact with clients and internal stakeholders on data troubleshooting
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Biomedical sciences, Biological sciences, Medical Technologist, or Medical Lab Technology
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a lab environment
- Experience with Flow Cytometry, with an emphasis on data analysis, is advantageous

- Significant experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures in English
- Problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work under pressure with an analytical mindset
- Good communication skills are required
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is advantageous
