Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Developing and Managing Sub-Agent Network
- Identifying & Onboarding Sub-Agents: Locate and partner with reliable sub-agents across sourcing regions.
- Training Sub-Agents: Ensure sub-agents understand the recruitment requirements, documentation process, and timelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sub-agents performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Maintaining Relationships: Build long-term, trusted relationships with sub-agents for consistent candidate supply.
2. Understanding Recruitment Requirements
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the job descriptions, skill requirements, and client expectations for various verticals like construction, healthcare, hospitality, and logistics.
- Develop clear guidelines for sub-agents to source candidates in alignment with client needs.
3. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Guide sub-agents to source candidates matching the required qualifications, experience, and skills for specific job roles.
- Oversee the initial screening process conducted by sub-agents and ensure only qualified candidates are forwarded for further selection.
4. Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure sub-agents collect accurate candidate documentation (passports, work experience letters, certifications, etc.).
- Verify documents for compliance with international recruitment laws and client requirements.
- Ensure candidates are prepared for medical, visa, and travel processes.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with internal operations, legal, and recruitment teams to align sourcing strategies with project timelines.
- Provide real-time updates to recruitment managers and clients on sourcing progress.
6. Managing Recruitment for Multiple Verticals
- Coordinate candidate sourcing for various verticals (e.g., construction, healthcare, hospitality, logistics) by tailoring strategies to each industrys needs.
- Develop region-specific strategies for verticals where specialized skills or large-scale manpower is required.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain detailed records of sub-agents, sourced candidates, and their recruitment progress.
- Regularly generate reports on candidate supply, sub-agent performance, and sourcing challenges for management review.

- Address grievances or challenges faced by candidates or sub-agents in the sourcing process.
- Mediate disputes between sub-agents and candidates (e.g., fee-related issues).
9. Ensuring Quality & Timeliness
- Ensure that sub-agents meet quality standards in candidate sourcing and deliver profiles within agreed timelines.
- Prevent and address issues related to misrepresentation or fraudulent candidate profiles.
10. Market Research & Insights
- Stay updated on labor market trends, sourcing regions, and competition for talent in specific industries.
- Identify new sourcing regions or methods based on client requirements and demand.
Key Skills & Competencies Required
- People Management: Ability to manage a network of sub-agents effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment practices and industry-specific requirements for construction, healthcare, hospitality, and logistics.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating contracts, fees, and terms with sub-agents.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sourcing data and improve efficiency.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Knowledge of cultural nuances in different regions for better candidate sourcing.
