FOF Assembly Equipment Intern

About our group:

Seagates Process and Equipment Engineering focuses on Hard Disk Drives (HDD) assembly process, equipment assembly and HDD quality to deliver customer success. Wuxi Process and Equipment groups main function is to ensure the Semi-hard disks production in the assembly process. We deal with all the problems in the production process to ensure the normal operation of equipment.

About the role - you will:

. Work in cleanroom and do data analysis to proactive detect machine unhealth issue.
. Work with Process and functional team to improve productivity by machine learning, data analysis, AI alarm.
. Coordinate with IT and functional team to indicate AI data.

About you:

. Good knowledge/experience of Electrical, Mechanical and Automation, data analysis, AI..
. Good project practice on data analysis for machine BIG data.
. Engage and coordinate with production and improvement related functional teams to review the critical process parameter, analyze machine assembly KPIV and process control related setting to increase its stability and reliability, make sure we can measure the machine health trend.
. A strong process control awareness, as well as communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
. Be responsible, be initiative, be team work.

Your experience includes:

. Be familiar with circuit, PC, PLC, mechanical knowledge.
. Equipment assembly and Process control engineering are required.
. Working experience in cleanroom is preferred.

You May Also Have:

. Good in new software about DATA analysis.
. Excellent attitude and teamwork-oriented to support organization and business requirements
. Familiar with 8D report, PDCA related analysis tools.
. Good engineering verification and evaluation skills
. Be excellent in oral and written English
