Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Hindsighting - Bank

To enhance Risk management function through Hindsighting Process
Implement effective controls in the process, systems and operations wherever required. Consistently and continuously understand policy level changes in files processing and implement the same in file inspection. Quality check for all credit managers and process team members.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure that internal policies are effectively implemented and adhered to at the time of disbursement across all products.
- Track and escalate non-compliance or deviations from internal policies.
- Work closely with senior management to promote a strong governance culture.
- PPT preparation for the quality checks conducted to present the same to the management.
- Engagement with the stakeholders for rectifications
- Publishing the Monthly report to stakeholders
- Reporting critical issues to Mgt separately
- Other associated MIS publishing & works
Summary of Checks:

- Ops Norms Check
- Credit Norms Check
- Sales / Process Parameters
- System Triggered parameters viz. deviations, program code etc.
- PDD norms
Specification & Key Requirements:

- Education: MBA/CA (preferably in finance domain)
- Specialized Knowledge: KYC and Policy with domain knowledge of Hindsighting.
- Skill Set (Must): Analytical Skills, Coordination with Stake holders, Team Management
- Skill Set (Desired): Communication skills, stakeholder coordination, documentation and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools is required.
- Technical Skill: Hindsighting, KYC and policy level understanding.

Experience Range: 5-7 Years
