Job Description
- The company is seeking a Workday HCM Functional & Technical Analyst to join their team in Kochi, Kerala. They are looking for fresh graduates with strong problem-solving abilities, computer proficiency, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience with Workday is not necessary as structured training will be provided.
As a Workday HCM Functional & Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring Workday HCM based on business requirements, managing security settings, and collaborating with HR teams to optimize operations. You will undergo comprehensive training on various aspects of Workday HCM, including core functions, security, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Workday business processes, security roles, notifications, and approvals.
- Set up organization structures, job profiles, and compensation plans.
- Collaborate with HR teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
- Manage security groups and access permissions in Workday.
- Work with EIBs and Core Connectors for data transfer and integration.
- Provide support to end-users, offer training, and maintain system knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Interest in HR technology and cloud-based systems.

- Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, or API concepts preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR/IT teams.
