With a strong product foundation and a growing client base, the company is now expanding its leadership team to support the next phase of growth.

Roles and Responsibilites:

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Partner with the leadership team to drive informed, data-backed decision-making.

Oversee core finance operations, including accounting, controllership, taxation, treasury, and reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely statutory and management reporting.

Manage investor communication, updates, and performance reporting.

Prepare board decks and support stakeholder communication.

Provide commercial insights to product, business, and leadership teams to support growth decisions.

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering ownership and process excellence.

Skills and qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of experience.

Strong background in financial operations, business finance, and compliance.

Investor Relations experience is required; fundraising exposure is a plus.

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, unit economics, and regulatory frameworks.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in high-growth or technology-led environments is preferred
