Mgr, Finance

• We are looking for experienced candidate to manage the accounting, reporting, audit, taxation and compliance function for Lam Research India Pvt Ltd. The responsibility would require to the candidate to drive the month-end reporting & closing process and the other regulatory compliances. The candidate would be required to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. The candidate should be able to independently manage the accounting team and co-ordinate with various stakeholders.


• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP, company Policy and current financial legislation.


• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.


• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time. Ensure timely completion of month end closing activities.


• Assisting other departments on accounting related queries and provide support to make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.


• Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.


• Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.


• Ensure timely completion of Taxation related compliance such as TDS, Advance Taxes, GST etc and other regulatory compliances like STPI, ECB, etc as well.

• Chartered Accountant (CA)


• 7-9 years of Work experience and having exposure in accounting, reporting, auditing & Taxation.


• Experience in handling Accounting, reporting, Auditing, taxation and compliances.

• Solid accounting and financial skills


• Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Strong process knowledge for R2R, GL close and taxation
