Manager Horticulturist

We are looking for an experienced Manager Horticulture to lead and manage horticulture operations for our corporate house and multiple estates across Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in garden development, landscaping, and nursery management, along with excellent leadership and coordination skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain & Develop gardens and landscaped areas for corporate premises and other company estates across Ahmedabad.
• Ensure aesthetic appeal and functionality in all horticulture projects.
• Daily monitoring and supervision of horticulture activities across various properties in Ahmedabad.
  
• Maintain high standards of upkeep for gardens, lawns, and green spaces.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the existing horticulturist team.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in horticulture and landscaping.
• Closely work with Management and act as a bridge between management and the horticulture team.
• Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues promptly.
• Apply excellent knowledge of horticulture, including garden design, landscaping, nursery management, plant care, and pest control.
• Stay updated on modern horticulture techniques and sustainable practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in horticulture and landscaping management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in planning and executing large-scale garden development projects.
• should be ready to travel withing Ahmedabad city.
