Job Title:- Assistant Fleet Data Analyst

Location:- Dubai

Contract Duration: 6 months probation and extendable to 2 years

Role Summary:-

The Assistant Fleet Data Analyst will support the data team in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting data to help drive business decisions. This role involves working daily with different Product lines, gathering feet and fuel data, creating business reports, and assisting in data visualization projects.

Essential Responsibilities:-

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources (Product lines, internal systems, databases, spreadsheets).
• Coordinates with different product lines and businesses for day-to-day fleet data updates.
• Maintain and update fleet history data register.
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform basic data analysis and generate insights for business teams.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Assist Fleet Manager with advanced data modeling and ad-hoc analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
• Document processes and maintain data dictionaries for reference.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

• Years of experience: Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related field with 2-4 years of experience in managing large fleet data and fleet daily operation in the energy, transportation, or logistics field.
• Field of experience: Fleet/logistics data analytics, Fresh candidate if have good command of data analytics and eager to learn
• Technical Skills: Data base Management, Data collection and Validation, Data integration
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, Communication skills, adaptability, and time management , Teamwork, and collaboration
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): MS Office, Excel, Power BI, Tableau
• Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder, Diploma holder can apply if have good exp of data analytics
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Admin, Fleet/logistics, Fresh can apply if have good command on data analytics
• Target Companies: NA
• Off-limits Companies: NA
• Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses including Driving License: Bs Computer science, Data management, Logistics

Desirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

• Accuracy and timeliness of data reports.
• Quality of data cleaning and validation.
• Responsiveness to ad-hoc data requests.
• Contribution to improving data processes and efficiency.

• National or Expat: Expat
• Rotation / Work Schedule: 8 AM- 5 PM, flexible as per job requirement
• Alternative / Target Job Titles: Fleet Data Analyst, Fleet Admin
• Role base (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop): Office and Offshore both options
• Will the worker be working at a customer's facility Dubail Techno Park Op Building or Offshore
