Landmark Group - HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
- Partner closely with retail and corporate leadership teams to support business objectives.
- Provide HR guidance to line managers on employee matters, workforce planning, and team development.
- Support organizational changes, restructuring, and manpower planning initiatives.
- Act as the main HR contact for assigned business units.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal company policies.
- Promote a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
Talent Management:
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities for key positions.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce requirements and succession planning.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and development opportunities.
- Support Saudization initiatives and localization targets.
Performance Management:
- Drive annual performance review processes and KPI alignment.
- Coach managers on performance conversations and employee development plans.
- Monitor employee performance trends and retention risks.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs within business functions.
- Coordinate leadership and employee development initiatives.
- Support career progression and internal mobility programs.
HR Operations & Reporting:
- Maintain HR data accuracy and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and headcount.
- Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with payroll, administration, and HR shared services teams.
