Senior Manager - Human Resources (Shared Services)

:This role leads the design and implementation of HR Shared Services across multiple geographies and drives end-to-end HR transformation. It oversees HR technology implementation, process simplification, and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience. The position manages key projects, partners with product and technology teams, and steers the HR technology roadmap. Strong HR systems knowledge, analytical skills, and experience with platforms like Oracle HCM are essential.Responsibilities:KEY DELIVERABLES: * Design & set up HR Shared Services Function for multiple geographies.

• Lead HR Transformation & HR Shared Services - Hire to Retire Activities
• Implement & Improve HR Technology. Business Process Creation in line with new / transformed HR Technology
• Handle end-to-end project deliverables, in the area of HR Shared Services
  
• Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines.
• Manage end-to-end system improvement initiatives to deliver process simplification, re-engineering, digitization and automation using methods like Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Value Stream Analysis etc. that drives experience, innovation, growth, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leverage existing technology capabilities to reduce manual efforts, and simplify processes with end objective as efficiency and accuracy improvement.
• Liaison with product development team and external technology partners to translate strategic initiatives into work packages where required. Manage, and prioritize HR Technology Roadmap.
