Role & responsibilities
- Design high-converting ads (Reels, statics) for Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Use AI tools to create and iterate on concepts.
- Work directly with the founding team to see your designs go live and get real data.
- Use data to report why some ads win and others fail.
Preferred candidate profile
- Skilled: You know Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Tasteful: You have a portfolio that proves you have a great design sense.
- Hungry: You are obsessed with learning, crave feedback, and want to contribute.
- A-Player: You take ownership and want to make a real impact.
