Client Communications

About the Role

AtLantrn Marketing, we work as an in-house team for our clients, ensuring strategy, creativity, and execution align with business growth. We are looking for aClient Communications Executivewho will act as the bridge between our internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Updates & Reporting
• Share weekly ad performance reports, posting frequency reports, and campaign updates with clients.
• Ensure all deliverables are tracked, documented, and communicated.
• Communication Bridge
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Gather client feedback and requirements and clearly relay them to internal teams.
• 
  Maintain clear two-way communication to avoid misalignment.
• Coordination & Execution Support
• Follow up on client approvals, pending content, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule and support client meetings/calls when required.
• Relationship Building
• Build and maintain trust with clients through responsiveness and professionalism.
• Address small concerns proactively before they escalate.
• Ensure clients always feel valued and informed.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

  Get Hired
  Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and reporting (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
