Job Description

Project Leadership and Execution
  • Lead EHS Projects: Plan and execute EHS projects to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop Plans: Create operational plans with objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor & Report: Track EHS operations and report on program effectiveness.
Strategic Business Growth
  • Align with Business Goals: Integrate EHS strategies with business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate EHS risks to business operations.

  • Promote Sustainability: Advocate for sustainable practices to enhance performance.
Stakeholder Management
  • Engage Stakeholders: Communicate EHS status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Serve as contact for regulatory agencies during audits.
  • Stakeholder Education: Educate on EHS policies and best practices.
Leadership and Team Development
  • Lead Teams: Manage and mentor EHS teams for high-quality outcomes.
  • Training & Development: Deliver training programs for team skill enhancement.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and provide feedback for team improvement.
Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
  • Incident Investigation: Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
