Job Description
Hedging & Financial Risk Management (Core Focus)
- Identify, quantify, and monitor foreign currency and commodity exposures across projects and contracts.
- Design and implement structured hedging strategies (forwards, options)
- Evaluate hedge effectiveness and ensure compliance with Ind AS 109 (Hedge Accounting) requirements.
- Execute hedge transactions in coordination with FRM.
- Monitor MTM positions, hedge ratios, and exposure coverage; report variance and sensitivity analysis to management.
- Optimize hedge cost vs. risk coverage and provide timely advisory to management on market movements and strategy adjustments.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness for all hedging activities.
- Track global macroeconomic trends, interest rate movements, and commodity cycles impacting business exposures.
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide project-level profitability analysis and margin tracking.
- Deliver actionable financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and applicable regulations.

- Ensure timely book closure, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
- Develop MIS dashboards and performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Establish and strengthen the internal control framework to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through proactive controls and audits.
- Should have sound knowledge of direct and indirect taxation
