  • Cross-Disciplinary Audit: Rigorously verify cross-linkages between mechanical structures, electronic sensors, PLC hardware, and wiring schemes prior to testing.
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) @ Toolroom
  • Factory Dry Runs: Execute complete factory-level testing requirements, including dry runs of mechanical movements, pneumatic stroke limits, and basic PLC sequences.
  • Pre-Shipment Validation: Validate sensor repeatability, signal integrity, ESD grounding, and safety interlocks against drawing specs before packing for dispatch.
  • Site Testing (SAT) & Support (Chennai, Bangalore, Hosur)
  • Site Acceptance Testing (SAT): Lead on-site testing protocols at customer manufacturing facilities in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hosur under live production conditions.
  • Line Side Troubleshooting: Perform rapid debugging of mechanical alignment, wiring drops, or sensor logic errors to achieve successful First Article Inspection (FAI) and zero downtime.
Technical Requirements
  • Education & Regional Mobility
  • Qualification & Experience: B.E. / B.Tech (3–6 yrs) or Diploma (7–10 yrs) in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Regional Deployment: Willingness to travel to customer plants across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hosur for site testing, commissioning, and issue resolution.
  • Specialized Testing Skills
  • Testing & Schematic Literacy: Proficiency in reading GD&T drawings, 3D CAD, pneumatic circuits, electrical/PLC wiring diagrams, and executing test protocols.
