Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Design high-end bridalwear collections with rich Indian craftsmanship.
- Develop concepts, color themes, embroidery patterns, and silhouettes.
- Oversee sampling, fittings, and creative garment development (not production supervision)
- Work closely with embroidery, tailoring, and production teams.
- Ensure timely execution and premium finishing for every outfit.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Indian bridal fashion design.
- Deep knowledge of traditional Indian bridalwear: lehenga, saree, sharara, gown, etc.
- Strong sense of color, textiles, surface ornamentation, and hand embroidery.
- Excellent sketching or digital design ability with production understanding.
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Willing to relocate to Surat for a full-time, on-site role.
