Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Outsourcing (HRO) Presales professional to support solution design, proposal development, and deal management for HR services opportunities. The role involves partnering with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and SMEs to create scalable, compliant, and commercially viable HRO solutions aligned to client business objectives.

• Lead HRO presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client presentations.
• Design HRO operating models, service scope, SLAs, governance structures, and transition approaches.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on effort estimation, pricing inputs, and commercial assumptions.
• Coordinate with SMEs across Payroll, HR Operations, Benefits, HRIS, Employee Contact Center, and Analytics.
• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Ensure seamless handoff to Delivery teams with complete solution documentation and assumptions.
• Develop reusable presales assets, templates, and case studies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  Get Hired
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Consulting, or HRO solutions.
• Experience in presales, solutioning, or consulting engagements preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR service delivery models, SLAs/KPIs, and shared services operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large or multi-country HRO engagements.
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Exposure to commercial modeling, proposal management, and transition planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% as required.
