Job Description
- As a Customer Service Associate (Escalation) at Laundryheap, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Operations Team to ensure that escalated matters are handled promptly and effectively to uphold customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Your primary responsibilities will include investigating, managing, and resolving complex customer concerns, such as service complaints and refunds. You will be expected to identify the root cause of issues to prevent future risks and propose innovative solutions that align with internal processes and terms and conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying trends in customer dissatisfaction, providing insights to the Customer Operations Manager, and suggesting improvements to enhance customer experiences.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in French being an added advantage. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international setting, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Your ability to make informed decisions, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.
