Job Description
- LBM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT company providing innovative software solutions and digital services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Sales Head to drive our sales function, boost revenue, and enhance our presence in the global market.
As an IT Sales Head, your responsibilities will include devising and implementing sales strategies to meet company growth objectives, cultivating new business opportunities, establishing robust client relationships, supervising the sales team to ensure optimal performance, monitoring market trends and competitors, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, collaborating with the delivery team for successful project implementation, and furnishing regular sales forecasts and reports to the management.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in IT sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position. Profound knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and global IT trends is essential, in addition to exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proven track record of surpassing sales targets and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team are also crucial for this role.
