Lead Analyst, Enterprise Risk

Overview
Independently execute day-to-day operational tasks of the enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, including, but not limited to aggregating and analyzing risk data, assessing risk data and implementing improvements that have been defined by the supervisor. Coordinate with and assist senior professionals in implementing process changes for routine business objectives into executable tasks and make the initial procedure updates. Support the organization's compliance with the enterprise-wide risk management framework by triaging risks and assisting with the development of process and controls to manage risks, monitoring the control environment, identifying and remediating deficiencies, monitoring activities with risk potential and increasing organizational awareness of the risk management framework. Begin to support cross-functional efforts to promote a strong risk culture. Uses knowledge to assist with the development of cross-risk reporting for management on outputs of risk management activities. Develop relationships within the enterprise-wide risk management framework and requests guidance from senior professionals, as needed.
No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Business Analytics or Risk/Audit, Financial or Regulatory Reporting background preferred.
