We are hiring a Manager - Finance for an esteemed FMCG client in Mumbai.

Key Requirement:

Candidates must have prior experience in the FMCG industry. This is a non-negotiable criterion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Standardize sound accounting procedures and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Ensure statutory compliance for direct and indirect taxes, including assessments.
3. Compile statutory accounts and manage audits seamlessly.
4. Budget, monitor, and allocate SAO (Selling, Administrative, and Other) expenses efficiently.
5. Reconcile and confirm intercompany balances and transactions on a monthly basis.
6. 
   Perform GL scrutiny and trial balance (TB) review for precision.
7. Review monthly financials and SGA before submission to the group.
8. Ensure qualitative and timely submission of group reporting.
9. Finalize statutory accounts, tax audits, and transfer pricing (TP) audits diligently.
10. Set up and monitor insurance policies for optimal coverage and compliance.

Reporting Line:

Reports directly to the Director of Finance.
