We are hiring for the potion of AM / DM Accounting and Finance (CA)
Location: Gurgaon
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
We are seeking a dynamic finance professional who combines technical expertise with a strong focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of accounts, GL scrutiny, and MIS review
- TDS, GST, Profession Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Payroll operations and adherence to client accounting policies
- Fund monitoring, billing, and recovery
- Financial Control & Collections oversight to ensure timely receivables and cash flow discipline
- Operational Efficiency Compliance across internal processes and client mandates
- Client Delivery Satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and service quality
- Client relationship management and issue resolution

- Coordination with bankers and internal teams
- Leading a team with daily planning and review
What Were Looking For:
- CA Qualified with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong grasp of Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income Tax
- Excellent communication and review skills
- Practical experience in accounting and compliance
- Ability to identify issues and craft solutions
- A mindset that goes beyond delivery into planning and development
- Commitment to driving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and financial discipline
