Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional revenue across West and South India (Pune,Delhi, and surrounding territories).
- Own direct sales initially, closing deals independently before scaling the team.
- Hire, onboard, and manage a team of 2-4 sales representatives within 6-12 months.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across Hospitals, Clinics, Fintech, and D2C sectors.
- Lead complex solution-selling engagements, including architecture discussions, integrations, and PoCs.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through farming, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the inside sales team based in Bangalore for lead qualification and deal support.

- Drive deal negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene for management visibility.
- Meet and exceed assigned regional quota (- 3-5 Crores).
- Travel extensively across customer locations and company offices as required.
