Quality Inspector / Quality Control Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector / Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and compliance requirements before reaching customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with production teams to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products against specifications and quality standards.

  Conduct measurements using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).

  
  
• 
  

  Document inspection results by completing reports, logs, and maintaining quality records.

  
  
• 
  

  Identify defects, non-conformances, and communicate issues to supervisors or production teams.

  
  
• 
  

  Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other industry quality standards.

  
  
• 
  

  Support audits and quality checks from internal teams or external regulatory bodies.

  
  
• 
  
  
  Promote continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
  
  
• 
  

  Enforce workplace safety and hygiene standards related to quality assurance.

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  

  Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, QC Technician, or similar role in manufacturing/production.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, GMP, etc.).

  
  
• 
  

  Skilled in using measurement instruments (micrometer, caliper, gauges, CMM, etc.).

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  
  
•
