Job Description

You are a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor with 02 years of professional experience in editing and content creation. Your main responsibility is to edit raw footage into polished and compelling video content for various platforms such as social media, corporate projects, advertising, and film projects. In addition to editing, you will also be required to shoot Instagram reels, short-form content, and behind-the-scenes videos as needed. Capturing photography and videography content for events, campaigns, and brand activities is also part of your role.

To enhance the video content, you will add graphics, animations, and sound effects where necessary while ensuring brand consistency, pacing, and storytelling in every video. Collaboration with directors, scriptwriters, motion graphic artists, and designers is essential to achieve the desired outcome. Effective organization and management of video files and project assets are key to your success.
Your skill set should include proficiency in Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Audition, or other color grading/audio editing tools would be a plus. Hands-on experience in reel shooting, basic photography, and videography is required. You should have a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and video transitions, as well as familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and resolutions. A creative mindset with attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must for effective communication and collaboration. You should be comfortable shooting and editing short-form content like Instagram Reels, social media videos, and basic photography/videography.
This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
