Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive course enrollments by promoting LeapUps programs to prospective students. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound leads, understand student requirements, provide tailored course guidance, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell LeapUps courses to prospective students
- Handle inbound & outbound calls; understand student needs
- Conduct phone/Zoom counseling sessions and provide tailored course guidance
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline through CRM
- Build strong relationships and support students throughout enrollment
- Stay updated on industry trends and gather student feedback
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in Inside Sales/EdTech Sales/Tele-sales (preferred)
- Experience in handling student counseling or educational sales is an advantage.
